Thank You for Berlin

We finally made it! I feel so blessed to be here.

I found myself judging the fact that here we are in Berlin having a 'go' in the hub of artistic endeavours and I am 34 years old. I am not saving for a house or building stability – I have put all my time and money into a journey that may leave us with music as a hobby. I know, for some that's enough and I don't want to sound ungrateful — but my heart beats for music the most, everyday.

Then I thought, the most amazing part of all this is the fact that we have created this experience and without our fans; we wouldn't be here. Being able to share our passion and for others to feel that they resonate with it – is worth a million life times. I was actually sitting here feeling so grateful for you all that I get emotional. Some of you have seen us over 10 times! It's ineffable to put into words. I want to be sure we reciprocate the love – so please NEVER hesitate to share your thougths with us. I believe we are all here to be happy, give and share and I want to thank you all for co-creating that reality for me.

Ok, another topic. The german language fascinates me! I stayed up until 7 am learning German the other night for a fabulous app called duolingo. I have learned 32 words AND I had my first conversation with the phrase "haben sied gluten frei brut?" (do you have gluten free bread) and my heart jumped in excitement when he had me follow him and lead me to gluten free bread. Maybe i'll be writing a song in German soon too;)

Found these owls and named them Charlie and Tom. They were painted on an eclectic wall with tons of other fabulous art. The talent here is amazing.

I will keep you all up to date on whats going on. We are setting up stuido this week. Mike's (piano player) fuse blew up in the keyboard so writing wil happen this week.

With Love
